Challenge
Changi Airport Group was looking for a way to improve email engagement rates, along with a content refresh for their eDM content.
Their goal: To upsell the Changi Reward programme to members and encourage members to spend their earned points.

Approach
Personalisation was the key focus here.
Our proposed marketing campaigns focused on incorporating existing Changi Reward member data to create highly personalised email content - with the goal of converting passive/lapsed members back to active members and encouraging existing members to spend their Changi Rewards points. ​
Along with a refreshed eDM strategy, we also proposed a content refresh for their eDM marketing communications.
